WORKING BEE Sunday 10th May April 2026 9:30 am at Wilding Site behind old Best Motors
[Yes, this is Mothers Day. but maybe it will suit some people well!]
This lovely area behind Best Motors is another focus under our big grant. We will soon begin to plant here and will dig holes, weed and prepare for approximately 100 plants to go in, including some on the left hand side of the creek where we can get down in front of the new residential accommodation. That area will take a while to get ready for anything other than a few trees but we can start.Park at the Best Motors sign (32 Duke Street/Pyrenees Highway) and walk 50 metres down to the site (E6 on the map our website)

Bring a weeding tool (or use one of ours as we have plenty). Wear gloves, hat and stout footwear. Scones and morning tea provided.

Please remember to keep a clear physical distance between volunteers, and Do not volunteer if you are unwell,
As always, wear gloves, stout footwear, and sun protection.
Morning tea (yummy) is planned Sunday Working Bees - but goes further if you register as above.
