Planting WORKING BEE Sunday 23rd August 2026 9:30 am at the Footbridge
This coming weekend we will continue to introduce the semi-aquatic and other plants we have been planting on our other sites, this time around several waterholes along the Leanganook Track near the footbridge. With the rain we have been having, we are hoping to give our plants a good start to get themselves going before any El Niño arrives. So we welcome you all to our endeavours - and our morning tea chat.

Take the path down the hill and then turn left - the footbridge is about 200m along there.

Please note the following for working bees
- please register by sending a note to our special email address CLGVolunteers99@gmail.com
Bring your own tools (if you can, but we have some),
Please remember to keep a clear physical distance between volunteers, and Do not volunteer if you are unwell,
As always, wear gloves, stout footwear, and sun protection.
Morning tea (yummy) is planned Sunday Working Bees - but goes further if you register as above.
